American Kestrel hanging out atop the Cook's Island Pine Tree about 70 feet high. Yesterday four different raptors perched atop this tree: Kestrel, Red Shouldered Hawk, Cooper's Hawk and Sharp Shinned Hawk. Stay tuned for more on those. I have a nest box up for the Kestrels now, probably low odds they'll nest in it, but hope for the best.
