Fried Fish Recipe

ALWAYS PAT FISH DRY BEFORE SEASONING AS MOISTURE WILL CAUSE IT TO STICK TO THE POT AND BREAK

4-6 snapper fish (or fish of choice)
1 tsp salt
1-2 tsp old bay or all purpose seasoning
1-2 cups oil for frying
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning

Rub the seasonings all into the fish and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes before frying.

Fry on Medium to high heat for 4-6 minutes turning halfway only once.
