Oven Baked Salmon

Ingredients list
————————
750g salmon side
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp savoury seasoning (this can be substituted for a little lemon pepper seasoning, sea salt, cumin)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs (marjoram, thyme, parsley)
1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
2 lemon slices
Fresh parsley for garnishing

‼️Bake on 200•C for 20 minutes uncovered‼️

Noodles
—————
1-2 tbsp oil
250g ready to wok noodles
2 cups chopped Choi sum (or pak Choi)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1 pinch chilli flakes (optional)
