Meat Pie Recipe

Ingredients List
—————————
1 small carrot diced
1 medium potato diced
2 tbsp plain flour
1 small onion chopped
2 red chillies
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
500g ground beef
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp thyme 1 tsp Aromat / all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2-3 tbsp water

Cook on low heat for 25- 30 minutes stirring occasionally and allow to cool.

For Dough
——————

3 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
150g cold butter
1 cup cold water (add gradually. You may not use all of it)

For egg wash
————————
1 egg
1 tsp water
(Mix well)

Bake for 20-25 minutes on 180•C
