Burns and Scolds are very common, incredibly painful and if severe can be fatal. The good news is that when it comes to first aid, the treatment for most burns and scolds is essentially the same. Doctor Saleyha Ashan demonstrates some very useful methods in how we should treat and dress a burn - and it doesn't involve the use of toothpaste.
