Coconut Cake
Ingredients list

1 coconut
1 piece ginger
1 cup brown sugar (or to preference)
1 and 1/2 cup self rising flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups water
????Bake on 180•C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
