Terri’s Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients List
————————
2/3 cup self rise flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup sugar (brown or white)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt


1 1/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter

Extra butter to grease the baking dish

You’ll also need 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp honey combined to brush on the top of the cornbread once baked (put as much as you like)

‼️bake for 20-25 minutes on 180•C or until a skewer comes out clean ‼️
