Escovitch Lobster

Ingredients List
———————
1 lobster (400g)
1/2 tsp fish seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp all spice
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
(Fry lobster for more than 4-5 minutes)

For sauce

1 tbsp oil (from pot the lobster was fried in)
1 small carrot
1 small onion
1 tsp black pepper or pimento berries
1 -2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp all spice (optional is berries were used instead of black peppercorns)
