Mackerel Pasta Bake


Ingredients list

4 cups pasta of choice
6-8 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
2 cups milk of choice
1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, paprika, all spice
2-3 cups cheddar (use cheese of Choice)
2 tbsp seasoning blend (optional)
1 cup mixed veg (optional)
2 cans skinless and boneless mackerel (oil drained) I used the one from LiDL
More cheese for the top
Parsley or coriander on the top

‼️bake on 180-200•C for 30 minutes)‼️
